This is a silver and purple wedding cake that I made for a very close friend! She had a very clear image of what she wanted in her head! The cake is a 6 inch and a 10 inch both in chocolate mud cake with milk chocolate ganache. Covered in light grey fondant then lightly airbrushed in silver. The roses are all made from gumpaste and dusted with petal dust in aubergine, egg yellow and empiress purple with a tiny little bit of purple glitter. The bling ribbon around the bottom of the cake is not edible.
