This cake was made for a middle school football team. The "Raptors" won the district championship game to finish the season with a perfect undefeated record. This was the first time in the history of the district where one school came out on top with a perfect record, so they naturally wanted to celebrate big! The cakes were butter vanilla with chocolate SMB and chocolate ganache, middle tier was chocolate cake with salted caramel SMB and chocolate ganache. Top tier was pumpkin cake with caramel SMB and white chocolate ganache.
