I mentioned at FNCC that I was doing my own birthday cake this year...here it is! Almond cake with passionfruit filling covered vanilla buttercream, panels of Ghirradelli milk and white chocolate, fresh raspberries and a sugar sunflower. It was SOOOO good especially when you put all the tastes of the almond, passionfruit, chocolate and raspberries together!
