I made this cake for my Grandmother to take to her School reunion. I did the maroon and white, since it is their school colors. The bottom tier was vanilla, iced in buttercream, and the top tier was chocolate, iced in buttercream, and both were covered in fondant. The bow was made with fondant with tylose in it, the roses were gumpaste. All the other decorations were made with fondant. Thank you for looking!
