Cake is sitting upright on cake board. There is cardboard on the back of the cake and fondant wrapped around to ease when serving and stability when sitting upright. The cakeboard was brushed with corn syrup and sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs for sand and marbleized fondant for water. The sand pineapple is made from fondant and rolled in crumbs.
