I made this cake for the Dallas 9/11 Memorial Climb Committee. The first memorial climb was held this year had 343 firefighters from Texas and beyond.. The firefighters climbed 110 stories in the Renaissance Tower in downtown Dallas to honor the New York City firefighters that were killed on September 11, 2001. The memorial climb will become an annual event. It was such an honor to be able to make this cake.
