Cakes are covered in MMF; Add decorations are made with MMF, or MMF mixed with gumpaste. Salsa bowl is RKT covered in MMF, salsa is cut up pieces of white, green & red MMF, mixed with red piping gel (got the idea from another CC user), chips are gumpaste.
