First Attempt At Chocolate Panels
two layers of chocolate cake covered in dark chocolate ganache and then adorned with alternating chocolate panels. Had awful trouble finding the right flower to add to this cake, but i think they suit it perfectly.

I agree with jillchap on this one well done...were the choc panels easy to do?
