Minnie is gum-paste over rice krispies and white chocolate. It was VERY humid this week in North Carolina and my fondant was not cooperating with me. Ended up having her sit under a box fan to get the fondant to set. Cake is 3 tier Dark Chocolate pound with Chocolate Bavarian Creme Filling
