I so enjoyed making this cake. The basket is a white cake with buttercream icing. All of the baby items were made of gumpaste and fondant. The baby suction is actually a cake ball at the bottom. The pacifier is a replica of the "WORLD's MOST EXPENSIVE PACIFIER". I thought it would add laughter to the surprise. If you notice, it's a unisex basket. The shower was given for two co worker. One is having a boy and the other one is having a girl. For the basket, I used a half soccer ball pan, a 7 inch pan, and a 10 inch pan. Hope you guys enjoy
