This was a fun cake to make and received lots of comments. The cake is iced in ready-made chocolate icing straight out of the can. The grass and face details are buttercream. The mounds of dirt scattered around the top of the cake are crushed oreo cookie crumbs. The skeleton is a custom shaped popcorn ball. The arms are popcorn balls formed around dowel rods. The flower is made from gum drops.
