For my dad's 70th birthday and retirement (he was a clock maker)This cake was huge! Covered in Chocolate fudge frosting and filled with homemade caramel pecan coconut frosting. The cake was a light german chocolate. I made a large sugar cookie pocket watch and covered it in fondant and made the chain out of fondant too. I painted the chain and some accents with edible gold dust/vodka.
