This cake was the first cake I made with flowers. Chocolate cake with french vanilla buttercream. The flowers were made with gumpaste and "painted" with petal dust. It was my very first wedding cake! I have another to do in a few weeks because they loved this cake. :) All in all, I am happy with the results. As we all do, I critique my work more than other people so I think I have some things to work on, but I'm still happy with it and the couple loved it - which is what counts in the end right?
