Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Icing. Splashed with crushed pecans and topped with Chocolate Covered Strawberries. This was a secondary birthday cake for my daughter last year. Her punkette one went to school. This was for the party afterwards. (This is true red velvet cake, not chocolate with red food coloring. I get rather nasty at people trying to pass of RVC recipes that are not really RVC.)
