These cupcakes were for my friends baby shower. We are in Florida and it was summer so they are a fresh lime cake with a keylime filling and a graham cracker crust. The decorations are white chocolate [chocolate just tastes better] The butter creme is also white chocolate [use real white chocolate not chips] I made 300 of these for this shower, 200 people came and there was not one left. That is the biggest compliment you ever get :)
