This is a three tiered wedding cake for a luau-themed wedding. All elements of this cake are edible with the exception of the adirondack chairs. The cake is KeyLime, French vanilla and Lemonade with Buttercream icing. Shells, crab, lobster, rocks and coconuts are fondant/gumpaste blend. Flowers, beach towels, flip flops and tree leaves are gumpaste. Tree trunks are pretzel rods and fencing is chocolate filled cookies. Sand is a blend of crushed vanilla wafers and brown sugar.
