My first attempt at ice cream cupcakes made with leftover green buttercream. I filled the cones too much with batter, so they overflowed whilst baking. Nothing a trim didn't cure though! The 'sauce' is leftover red royal icing (I watered it down too much in an attempt to make it runny enough to look like sauce, so that's another lesson learnt)
