3 tiered square cake, cake is vanilla and chocolate, cannoli filling. covered in fondant with butter cream piping and butter cream dots. stargazers flowers are made of gum paste and fondant mix. paint with luster dust. This is the first time I ever made stargazers. It took some doing but I did it.
