This cake was for my fiance's birthday this year. While we are not big Nascar fans in our house, it has become a running joke that our wedding next June will be a Nascar theme. We were touring a HORRIBLE wedding venue and when the woman we met with asked what our "vision" for the day was, he blurted out "NASCAR". We have no idea where it came from! The cake is something my family has dubbed "A Party in your Mouth". The top and bottom layer were chocolate, the center was cheesecake... filled with chocolate sour cream filling and covered in cream cheese frosting... It is SINFUL.
