My first real Topsy Turvy cake done in a medical theme for my neighbor's work bbq. Bottom tier was lemon sour cream with cream cheese filling and top two tiers were choc choc chip with cream cheese filling. Totally lost count of the time it took to make all those little pills! It was a blast.
