Made this for my SIL who is having her 3rd child in October. It is her favorite cake, orange cream with a ton of whipped ganache filling and covered in ganache. Baby is a doll but removed clothes, then wrapped her body in saran wrap and made a fondant outfit and hair band. Everything is edible except baby. Really enjoyed this one! TFL CC'ers!
