Grandpa's Birthday Cake! Lemon Poppy Seed, lemon filling, made with Luck's edible playing cards, fondant, and cream cheese icing. Found it difficult to write "Dad" when it was for my Grandfather per request of my mom and aunts. Difficulties getting the cream cheese icing smooth, but was short on time; had to leave it as is.
