This ivory and teal wedding cake was white cake for the top and bottom tiers, red velvet cake for the middle tier. It was covered in MMF and the scrolling was done with royal icing. The pearls were made in a mold and the bow was hand made with MMF with added Tylose. I cut ribbons for the poofy bow out of ivory MMF, then slightly smaller ribbons out of teal. I "glued" them together with Tylose glue. 6", 10" and 14" tiers. 150 servings. I cut the oval with a Tupperware bowl, made the tiny holes with an icing tip and hand made the monogram. I also covered the board with matching ivory fondant glued on with Tylose glue.
