My daughter wanted Minnie cake for her birthday. We didn't have a party so I had to keep it small, which was hard becAuse I really wanted a fancy 2 tier for her LOL. The cake is white cake with lemon cuts and raspberry mousse filling, her request!! Iced in buttercream, Minnie and ribbons on bottom and letters all fondant.
