I have a friend who has been through the twelve step recovery program and for his 2yr sobriety I make a cake to resemble the tattoo he got. It looked identical to his tattoo and he took it to the meeting when he got his coin. the twelve rings represent the twelve steps to take to recovery. What a great way to show my appreciation for how he was able to change his life around.
