These daisies were made with the Wilton Gum Paste Flower Cutter Set (released spring 2011). They're about 3.5" across. The centers were made using a separate Wilton mold. I'm stumped about how to secure them to the top of an 8" round upper tier of a two tier cake. The lower tier is 10", and they'll be stacked one atop the other, and covered with butter cream and fondant.
