Birthday cake for my cousin. 6/8 Vanilla cake with layers of white chocolate ganache, dark chocolate ganache and apricot jam with a spritz of grand marnier. Bottom tier is covered in chocolate ganache and top tier in white chocolate ganache. First time covering cake in ganache and it was so simple! Top tier is covered in mmf and initial is made out of gumpaste painted silver and covered in sugar crystals. Pearl bracelets are fondant.
