This was for the Sommerset Patriot minor league's Maskot's Birthday. The mascot was made out of rice treats and modeling chocolate along with fondant. The cake was made by a friend in the cake deco business. it was 14 inches round. Turned out really well. The maskot's name is Sparkee and this piece on the cake is 9 inches tall.
