Scooby Doo head inspired from Annie1017 so thanks for that ;o) Main cake is 3 chocolate sponges with ganache then chocolate slabs around it. Scooby Snack is single layer chocolate sponge with fondant. Scooby's head is RKT covered in Fondant.
