This is also a pre-Wilton class cake. Made for my sister in law's birthday. I didn't know about fondant and gumpaste then so the monogram is candy melt with sugar pearls which don't show up well in this cell phone photo. I'm looking forward to making another one of these this time adding chocolate fondant roses and a stand-up gumpaste monogram with some bling.
