July 12, 2011 - I baked and decorated this Mango Chiffon Music Themed Birthday Cake for my own birthday on July 13, 2011! I chose a Musical Theme since I am a Music Teacher, Violinist, Pianist, and Performer. I used a lot of green on this cake for the borders, leaves, and inscription because it is my favorite color!
