Is it so bad how much I'm loving my own cake?! I'm really proud of this one and how it turned out. I really tried to take my time on everything and not to rush through any part. After a few catastrophes with the top tiers three layers, I managed to get it all iced and covered in fondant! I'm very happy with how the gumpaste cross turned out! I couldn't figure out how to do the cross and making a solid one was a disaster so I decided to just draw my own template and cut it out from there. Bottom tier is devil's food cake with chocolate oreo ganache and top tier is vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream.
