I was asked to make one of the Pink Cake Box cakes. I used my new Mad-Daddio's pans for the first time, they dont come with instructions, so just gave it a try. I think I have to practice and play with them a little more, not too happy with the results. But, I was proud of myself after making my first carved car, made it with RKT and modeling chocolate, then I covered with fondant and air-brushed it. I was told that he loved it so much he took it home :-) TFL. PS, if you can share how to use the pans, please let me know. Tks.
