This was my first cake at my Wilton method decorating class. The actual cake was decorated differently in class, with a RI design, but the RI was too soft, and by the time I got home, the whole design had melted and rolled down the sides of the cake, so I scraped it all off, and made RI flowers like I had learned in class. At least I was able to save my first cake and made it look cute too!!!
