This was the first cake that I didn't have a melt down! I loved making it and didn't want to give it up! The monkeys are made of fondant. 9 x 13 chocolate, chocolate chip cake cut in half and torted with carmel filling and frosted with carmel swiss meringue buttercream and coverd in fondant.
