Made for a grand opening of a Dental Clinic. I saw the desing on CC and loved it! Can't remember who made it but thanks for making it! Three tier chocolate with cookies n' cream pudding filling. The tooth on top is RKT and covered with fondant with a fondant cowboy hat.
