After seeing we2texans Lemon Daisy Cake Balls (http:cakecentral.com/gallery/2075294) I just knew I had to try these too. We had a newly opened bottle of peach schnapps and I wanted to know how it would taste in a cake. Also flavoured the cream cheese frosting with peach schnapps sugar. Covered in white chocolate and fondant flowers (have now invested in a flower cutter after cutting all these flowers by hand). The ladies at the Tupperware party that these were made for enjoyed them immensely!
