Pizza Cake

I used a 14" round, but made it less than 2" high. I covered it in a thin layer of tan fondant, used red buttercream for the sauce, fondant for the toppings. For the cheese I used a stiff buttercream and put it in a disposable icing bag and then cut the tip off at an angle which made it look like mozzarella cheese. At the end, I used a fine cheese grater and grated white chocolate over it all.
