This past weekend, we celebrated 3 events all at once...my mother's birthday, grandma's birthday and Father's Day for my dad and brother. Seeing as making/decorating 3 cakes may leave us with enough cake for the neighbourhood, I thought of separating the cake into thirds and personalizing the filling and decor to fit the person we're celebrating. It was a hit and I will offer this option to future clients.

Note: 1/3 filled with chocolate York peppermint pattie buttercream, 1/3 filled with chocolate Crispy Crunch buttercream and 1/3 filled with chocolate Skor buttercream!
