This cake was done for my daughter's birthday and her husband's first Father's Day. They recently had twins - a boy and a girl, as depicted by the pink and blue mice. Beneath the fondant is a dark chocolate / raspberry cake with a pudding center. Light yellow buttercream pokes through the holes in the fondant to create a cheesy look.
