I was asked (for my 2nd cake ever) to make a Fathers Day / Birthday cake. I am realizing that transporting such a cake or cakes in Florida humidity is tough. I was outside for no more than 3 minutes when I noticed the sides starting to sag. Thats when I took this picture. Nike box was an amazing dark chocolate mint cake and icing. The Victoria's Secret box was a margarita cake with a key lime icing.
