Mini Red Velvet Re-Mix on Cake Central

This six inch round cake is a red velvet re-mix that I found in the recipes using Duncan Hines and adding sour cream and buttermilk, along with extra flour and sugar. Excellent taste. The icing inside and out is cooked Waldorf Astoria icing made with flour. The flowers are made from gum paste as are the leaves. It is for a tasting appointment that I have with my Goddaughter tomorrow. This was the last of six tiny cakes prepared for her appointment, and I can't wait to see if she likes them.
