4 layer cake with alternating layers of chocolate and vanilla, buttercream filling, covered with white chocolate ganache, and then decorated to look like a shoe box. Gumpaste shoe was made from scratch from my own pattern. Black and pink were the birthday girl's favorite colors and polka dots her chosen decoration. Polk dots on the shoe were cut from fondant and gumpaste mix. Polka dots on the shoe box were punched from the new Wilton sugar sheets. Also used the new Wilton impression molds for the 3 roses on the board next to the shoe. This whole project was a lot of fun and I can't wait to make another box cake again:)
