Two Toned Air Brushed
The bride wanted the cake to be two toned. I air brushed the golden color (looks like peach!). The problem with airbrushing like that is that I couldn't fix any smudges, etc at the reception hall. So...I covered a lot with flowers. It apparently was OK cause I got a report of a lot of "AHHhhhhs" when they turned a light on over the cake and many MEN were apparently going on about it. Go figure!
sweetcakes, I just cut parchment paper to cover the area not to be airbrushed. It was a first for me. That's what I love: a challenge and a learning experience rolled into one!
