This is a 6 layer (rainbow) vanilla cake, filled with vanilla buttercream, and marshmallow fondant. The volcano is a mixture of gum paste and fondant. It's hollow so the customer can put a cup of water and dry ice in it so it "smokes" while they sing happy birthday. The dinosaurs are homemade sugar cookies and iced with the "flooding" technique.
