Chocolate mud cake, chocolate ganache and fondant are the base of this 40th birthday cake. My first air brush attempt too. Still need some more practice but I was generally happy with my result. The topper is made from gum paste, apart from wire used for the boat railing, aerials and fishing rods. Phil's sitting back catching tiny fish, while his young boy Tom, has hooked a whopper!
