This is the cake I made for mymain respiratory care instructor. I got the idea from another cake central contributor - thanks! Most of my class mates doesn't like fondant so the majority of the cake is iced in butter cream icing, but the daffodils are gum paste. Two 10" round Red velvet layers and half of the ball pan for the domed top. White chocolate peeps.
