Cake I made for my boyfriend's 30th. Chocolate and hazelnut Battenberg. He recently got a new (to him) Volvo S60R which he is thrilled with so I made a marzipan version (which when he saw it declared he would never eat!) to go with his favorite cake. He was delighted with it.
