This cake is the first one I have been able to do in a long time. I entered it into the Sugar Wonders Cake Show in The Colony, TX. I got an honorable mention. It's not my best work, but I liked it. The flowers are gumpaste. The roses are free-hand and straight out of a rose book. This cake went through a LOT of design changes before it was finished. :)
