Mario Cake for special 5 yr olds birthday, Jaiden! Bottom cake 10" strawberry with vanilla mousse filling, square layer, confetti cake with vanilla mousse filling, top was single strawberry layer and then rice krispie treat covered in fondant. buttercream frosted with fondant decorations. ~the square layer was a "leaner". I didn't cut it square enough and it wanted to lean as the cake settled...talk about stress..OY!
